Tanned skin is still in, the golden skin appeals, bronzed skin is usually associated with beauty and health, however prolonged sun exposure is something that should be avoided.

Melanin (skin pigment) is synthesized from a single amino acid; tyrosine. This molecule is converted into melanin by the tyrosinase enzyme that catalyses this reaction. Many external factors may have an impact on the activity of this enzyme. This is particularly the case with sun exposure, which will accelerate tanning by stimulating tyrosinase.

CosMix TanBooster is a revolutionary tan activator, accelerator and extender, composed of tamanu and virgin sesame seed oils with lipo-solubilized, plant originated tyrosine.

By introducing tyrosine at the cutaneous level, it helps to accelerate the tan without prolonged exposure to sun, it increases melanin production by stimulating melanogenesis, allowing the skin to tan without being exposed to UV.

It also cares for and protects the skin, due to the high concentration of protective biomolecules presented both in Tamanu and Virgin Sesame seed oils. These oils are natural UV filters, capable of forming a protective film over the skin to eliminate the damages done by free radicals.

Simply add it to your chosen moisturiser, sun-care or after- sun formula before, during and post-sun exposure to enhance, deepen and prolong a natural tan.

You can use the boosters alone or mix it with serum, mask or crème. If applied directly on skin; put 1 or 2 pumps (0.15 /0.30 ml) into your palm,warm the booster between your palms, then gently press it onto your face, tap it all over with your palms, until it absorbs. Hold your hands on your face for a few seconds, as the heat helps deeper and quicker absorption.If you mix it other formula; in the palm of your cleansed hand, blend 1 pump of the chosen Booster with your custom made CosMix Cream Mask or Creme. Blend until smooth before applying
